Purpose of Continuous Centrifugal Machine:

The Continuous Centrifugal Machine belongs to mechanical eddy current dry regeneration equipment. It is mainly used for regeneration of used resin sand in foundry workshop.

Continuous Centrifugal Machine working principle is that the old sand entered by the feeding port falls into the cylindrical area formed by the high-speed rotating sand-throwing disc under the action of gravity, collides with the blades on the sand-throwing disc, accelerates radially under the action of centrifugal force, and finally throws out from the end of the blade to the tangential direction of the Su. The thrown sand and the lining ring collide intensely, thus making the inert film on the surface of the sand grains. The old sand is regenerated by breaking off and discharging out of the exhaust outlet together with ash.

Characteristic of Continuous Centrifugal Machine:

This series of equipment is divided into single stage centrifugal regeneration and bipolar centrifugal regeneration. Single stage is mostly used in small and medium resin sand production line. The structure is compact and reliable. Low energy consumption, good regeneration effect. The collective side is equipped with overhaul doors, so the machine maintenance is very convenient.
